Shaun is a senior neighbourhood manager at Selwood Housing.
Shaun is responsible for overseeing the areas managed by Mike Grizzell, Kirsty Newton, Lulu Harris, and he also oversees Jemma Sherman, Becky Davies and Sophie White.
Mike covers the following areas:
Warminster, Wylye Valley.
Kirsty covers the following areas:
Malmesbury, Semington, Amesbury, Bowerhill, Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Salisbury and Trowbridge villages (Bulkington, Keevil, Steeple Ashton, West Ashton, Southwick, North Bradley).
Lulu covers the following areas:
Trowbridge Central and Longfield and Paxcroft Mead.
Paul is a senior neighbourhood manager at Selwood Housing.
Paul is responsible for overseeing the areas managed by Louise Cowler, Emma Andrews, Sarah Johnson, Lyndsey Powell and he also oversees Anna Rutkiewicz.
Louise covers Whitley, Melksham Central, Forest and Queensway.
Emma covers East Trowbridge (Studley Green, College, Ashmead), Devizes and Frome/Beckington.
Sarah covers the following areas:
Atworth, Bradford on Avon, Broughton Gifford, Monkton Farleigh, Holt, Lower Westwood, South Wraxall, Winsley and Bath/North East Somerset.
Lyndsey covers Westbury and villages, Wells and Shepton Mallet.
Jason Humphries manages the overall neighbourhood team.
We have two neighbourhood assistants and two housing co-ordinators, one of whom is a compliance lead and the other is a decant and rehousing lead. We also have a neighbourhood administrator and neighbourhood technical support manager who provide a number of housing management functions within the team.
