Have you got no heating but your hot water is still working? The below takes you through the steps to take if this is happening in your home.
- First, check your thermostat is set to the highest setting.
- Check your programmer is ‘ON’ and set to ‘continuous’. You can do this by pressing the ‘mode’ button to switch to continuous. The green light should now illuminate.
- The radiator light should now be showing on your boiler.
- The flame light should then shortly turn on, showing that your boiler is running and the heating should start to work.
