Regular visitors to our website or offices will have noticed some changes!
In July last year, we became one organisation, bringing our repairs and maintenance team at Silcoa into Selwood Housing. We did this so that as one team we can deliver even better services for our customers.
This change meant that we needed to refresh our branding, since we are now one organisation and the separate Silcoa brand is no longer needed.
A huge thank you to all our customers and staff who shared their views to make sure that our refreshed brand ‘Home’ truly reflects who we are as one company. This feedback told us that our branding should represent our warm, friendly, straightforward and approachable nature.
The house icon shows who we are as a provider of local affordable homes, the addition of the sun icon demonstrates warmth, friendliness, and approachability, while the tree nods to our rural roots and communites.
We are delighted with the results! We will roll out our new branding in the most efficient way possible, to minimise costs and reduce waste.
You will start seeing the branding being used across our website, social media, and our other digital channels from today. Our priority is to replace our Silcoa branded items first and then replace our old Selwood Housing branding in stages during 2022 and 2023.
