You will:
- See how we decided the repairs process and the challenges involved.
- Help us improve the way we communicate with our customers about our repair service.
You’d be perfect for the role if:
- You’re passionate about making sure our procedures and the way we communicate them are clear and understandable.
- You can commit 1-2 hours to attend a face-to-face focus group.
- You can join us at our office in Trowbridge.
We’re offering in return:
