Health and wellbeing support

We want to support our customers to look after their health and wellbeing, both mental and physical. If you feel you’re struggling with any aspect of your health and wellbeing, you can talk to your neighbourhood manager who can offer advice on which support services are available and may be able to refer you to a particular service.

We are pleased to be able to offer customers access to a health and wellbeing service through our insurers. Zurich General Insurance Support Services can provide up to five free sessions of confidential professional counselling – face to face, by phone or video. They can also give impartial practical support including financial and legal information. Their freephone helpline is available 24 hours a day on 0800 288 4956. Find out more here.
