Following the 'end of tenancy' review, the scrutiny team felt there was a need to review how we manage empty properties. These are commonly referred to as voids.
This review focused on turnaround time, lettable standards and customer satisfaction.

The team recommends that on a trial basis, Selwood provides room layout/floor plans to prospective tenants in an attempt to avoid refusals and improve acceptance
The above action is planned to be looked at during 2023/2024 as part of our digital transformation project, Horizon.
Our priority neighbourhood project teams have been hard at work hosting several events and community action days in Westbury and Warminster, as our priority neighbourhoods for 2023-2024. We took on board feedback from residents in both areas and our teams have worked hard to address several points that came up, including tidying up green areas, getting rid of rubbish and keeping sheltered housing residents updated.
