Our customer services team is the first point of contact for all of your enquiries.

We need to ask you some questions to make sure that you are the tenant or you have their permission to speak to us.

When you contact us please have your account/tenant reference number ready along with two of the following: date of birth, tenancy start date, postcode or how rent is usually paid.

Repair requests

Our repairs and maintenance section has useful information and ways to go about getting help with a problem you have with your home. You also can refer to your repairs handbook or contact us on 01225 715 715.

Rent enquiries

Rent account enquiries and payments, including debit and credit card payments, can be made over the phone. We also can order a replacement rent payment card if you have lost yours.
