New homes in Westbury

The Mead

We are in contract with Barratt Homes to deliver 66 homes over 9 phases at The Mead, Westbury. A mix of affordable rent and shared ownership houses.

The first phase for eleven one-bedroom apartments completed on 28 July 2016.

The next phase for 2 and 3 bedroom rented houses completed in February 2017.

The remaining phases are a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes which are due to complete over the next couple of years.

We have a mix of two and three bedroom shared ownership houses on this site, with the first two bedroom homes due to be ready in August 2017. Oldenburg Lane

We delivered four new homes in partnership with Persimmon Homes at Oldenburg Lane, Westbury.

The mix of two and three bedroom houses were completed on 27 June 2016.

Oldfield Park Cluster and East Town Rd, West Ashton

We have signed contracts with Ken Biggs Contractors LTD to develop a total of 10 properties across five sites in Westbury & West Ashton.

The mixture of homes included 4 x one bedroom apartments, 2 x two bedroom houses and 4 x three bedroom houses.

These sites were previously derelict garage sites or unused land.

All homes are anticipated to complete by November 2017 and will be advertised via Homes4Wiltshire.

Station Road, Westbury

All 13 properties are now completed at Station Road, Westbury. Previously this was unused land next to the railway line which Selwood Housing purchased.

We are providing a mixture of thirteen homes, including 10 x one bedroom apartments and 3 x two bedroom houses.

This development was jointly funded with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
